The head of our Public Procurement practice, Alexandros Kortesis, will participate in the 4th Public Procurement Conference organised by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI, which will be held on December 12th. During his presentation, Alexandros will delve into critical topics to offer insights on Borrowing Technical Capacity and Subcontracting: Current Jurisprudential Developments following the CJEU Decision of 26/1/23, SC NV Construct SRL, Case C-403/21, and CoE 1412/24.
The conference will feature esteemed speakers from the legal, academic and business sectors, with the aim of assessing the implementation of reforms in Public Procurement Law. They will explore the practical application of enduring and emerging issues that enhance and optimise tendering procedures.
