Our Employment & Social Security team has circulated its January 2024 Newsletter on decision no. 113169/27.12.2023 of the Minister of Employment and Social Security, which allows for the application of all provisions of recent law 5053/2023 and modifies current regulations regarding the digital employment card, the declaration of “managerial employees” to the ERGANI II platform, and the forms uploaded to such platform.
