Our Insolvency Lab held its first ever meeting in our impressive library space on October 31st. Professor emeritus Bob Wessels shared his understanding and assessment of the development of EU insolvency law, especially the project of harmonization (and his doubts). The audience included practitioners, both from our firm and others, academics and judges, at a forum at which shared ideas and experiences. We look forward to the next event of the POTAMITISVEKRIS Insolvency Lab for a dissection of the current state of the insolvency framework in Greece and its implementation.
