Katerina’s practice focuses mainly on criminal disputes. She acts on behalf of companies and individuals in criminal litigation regarding white collar crimes occurring in business life. She also deals with civil disputes arising from a wide variety of financial and commercial transactions.
“I enjoy litigation because the litigator is the only person, who can provide solution to a client, when all other ways have failed. It is an intriguing and challenging experience trying to find a counter-move, which helps you to win a court case. Particularly in criminal litigation the feeling of winning a case compares to anything.”
