Alexandros is a member of our Banking & Finance team, gaining exposure to and developing experience on financing transactions in the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors. In addition to participating in legal due diligence reviews, he is involved in preparing and negotiating security documentation and coordinating financial close processes.

To-date, Alexandros has participated in complex real estate financings in the hospitality sector involving the parallel implementation of capital expenditure plans and debt refinancings, as well as portfolio financings (including the deployment of RRF funds) in the renewable energy sector involving the construction of both wind and solar parks. His responsibilities in this context include structuring and documenting security interests, liaising with opposing counsel or co-counsel in foreign jurisdictions and assisting the team in achieving financial close and in implementing drawdowns throughout a particular loan lifecycle.
