Anastasia cooperates closely with employers and HR Executives on a wide range of employment issues, ranging from strategic advice on the labour law aspects of corporate transactions and business reorganisations, to the day-to-day employment matters faced by HR executives, including litigation.
She regularly provides advice to multinational companies on restructuring and reorganizing their workforce; addressing the employment issues arising in the context of the acquisition of a business, including particular experience on the application of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE). She drafts employment agreements of all levels of employees and manages the negotiation of separation agreements. She represents clients before courts in any employment law-related litigation.
