Anthea is a dually-qualified lawyer, whose expertise focuses on the areas of banking and finance, project finance and energy.

She has extensive experience in advising both lenders and borrowers on the structuring, documentation and negotiation of complex secured financings in the energy, infrastructure and real estate fields, as well as in the context of large debt restructurings and secondary debt trades using the LMA platform.

“Practicing banking & finance law involves being exposed to a wide variety of transactions, in the context of which it is necessary to have a thorough understanding of each transaction’s structure, as well as to address ad-hoc commercial issues in a swift, practical and cost-efficient manner. This aspect of my career is both challenging and motivating and simultaneously enhances market awareness in general. The firm’s positive working environment, its continuous support and its emphasis on maintaining the delivery of high-quality, client-oriented work are the key reasons I joined, and remain a member of, the firm.”
