Anthea is a dually-qualified lawyer (under Greek law and English law (non-practising)), whose practice focuses on banking and finance work varying across industries such as renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate and tourism. She advises both domestic and international clients on all aspects of financing transactions, including the structuring and due diligence phases, documentation negotiation and drawdown processes.

Anthea has vast experience supporting lenders on project financing transactions, particularly in the context of projects involving renewable energy technologies such as solar energy, wind energy and hydroelectric power.

In addition, she has exposure to domestic and cross-border financial restructuring transactions (both bilateral or syndicated), including forbearance or amendment agreements and debt refinancings.

Being involved in complex financing transactions more often than not entails assisting the parties on striking the right balance between commercial and legal realities, a process that is challenging throughout its duration and rewarding once achieved. I am honoured and proud to be part of a team of lawyers committed to providing above par services and investing in the future success of our firm by encouraging continuous learning and development.
