Athanasios advises on all areas of competition law, including cartels and similar collusive practices, abuse of dominance, merger control and the law governing State Aid. He has represented clients in antitrust cases before the Hellenic Competition Commission and the Greek Administrative Courts as well as in merger control procedures before national authorities and the European Commission.
Athanasios also advises on European law, in particular the business regulation of the internal market and undertakes the review and drafting of commercial agreements with a particular emphasis on vertical relationships.

I am very grateful for the professional growth that I receive working at PotamitisVekris. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to apply my academic capabilities in a creative way within a challenging and dynamic setting.
