Chara is a member of our Project Finance & Energy group. She supports the team in advising on structured finance and project financing transactions, primarily in the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors.

She is involved in various phases of financing transactions, including due diligence reviews, contractual documentation negotiation and the handling and monitoring of the financial close process.

She has experience in Banking and Corporate Law, as well as in Civil and Commercial Litigation.
