Christina is a Corporate Lawyer admitted at the Athens Bar Association since December 1998. She has extensive professional experience and specializes in telecommunication and technology law and advises as well on Intellectual and Industrial Property Law and Digital Economy/Consumer Protection Issues. Her long professional experience was gained from hands-on activity in the telecommunications industry. In particular, Christina has a thorough overview and solid experience in drafting and negotiating of all types of commercial contracts (in particular on distribution and sales agreement, procurement of goods and services agreements, construction agreement, lease and real estate property agreements, licensing and/or digital and media services etc) and was privileged to support WIND Hellas Telecommunications S.A as an in-house member of the Legal Department, across all range of legal issues, including labor law and employment issues.
She is a flexible team player, business oriented with tested abilities in building networks and finding effective communication and advocacy strategies under demanding circumstances in deadline-driven environments. She is also capable to work with, motivate and lead people from different backgrounds while focusing in the team goal.
Christina was assigned the role of Head of Corporate Legal Department of WIND Hellas Telecommunications S.A. since 2014, supporting on major projects.
