“I enjoy litigation because I see myself as a “generalist” and often self – determine myself as a “general practitioner doctor”. I really enjoy being brought in to resolve complex legal matters and make damage control and/or risk prevention management on ugly and/or seemingly unwinnable situations and or patterns. On the basis of the above, I enjoy working most in the following areas of practice: IP and technology Law (including Data Security and Privacy), and Corporate Governance and Ethics."
