Christos is a member of the Corporate, M&A and Restructuring practice group of our firm. He advises on all areas of corporate and contract law, including share purchase and shareholders’ agreements as well as agreements on the transfer of loan portfolios and long-term financing agreements.

He also advises in the fields of personal data protection and intellectual property. Christos has participated in transactions with domestic and international footprint by representing groups of companies and investment funds active in the sectors of retail stores, agricultural products, and technology.
