Her expertise covers all areas of individual and collective employment law matters including recruitments, dismissals, cross-border transfers of employees, TUPE, collective bargaining, occupational accidents, flexible forms of employment and drafting of HR policies and procedures.
She also advises on employment issues arising from privatizations, cross-border M&A transactions and divisions of enterprises to economic and technical restructuring and termination of business operations.
She has provided day-to day advice and support to national and international clients operating in various sectors, such as hospitality, tourism, retail, construction, transportation, banking, pharmaceutical, medical and energy.
