Amalia is a member of the Banking, Corporate, M&A, Finance and Capital Markets group. Her areas of practice include a broad range of transactional services, as well as arbitration. She has made significant contributions in various finance and corporate transactions.
In the realm of project finance transactions, Amalia has assisted in structuring and securing funding for significant business initiatives.
Her experience also extends to securitizations, where she has navigated complex financial structures, including involvement in Hercules Asset Protection Scheme transactions. Additionally, she participated in the teams that worked on the public issuance of covered bonds and updated covered bond programs to meet evolving European regulatory standards.
In the realm of M&As, she has actively participated in due diligence processes, conducting thorough reviews of documents, identifying risks, and providing valuable recommendations on transaction structures to optimize client benefits and minimize client risks.
