Elisabetta is a member of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practice group. She focuses on corporate law issues, due diligence exercises, mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Elisabetta first joined POTAMITISVEKRIS’ practice as a trainee in 2016 and, following her post-graduate studies, she gained legal experience working 3 years in an international law firm in Luxembourg, where she assisted on a broad range of acquisitions by Private Equity Funds across central Europe and the Nordics.

POTAMITISVEKRIS, with its deep specialization, leading market position and international outlook, was the ideal choice for introducing me in the Greek legal market, after my tenure abroad in an international law firm.
