Eliza is a member of the Corporate and Merger & Acquisitions practice groups. She advises on all areas of corporate and commercial law, including the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and corporate documentation.
Eliza has been involved in various M&A projects including the performance of due diligence exercises as well as the negotiation and the drafting of transaction documents, regarding both domestic and cross border clients across diverse industries.
