Eva is a member of the Structured Finance, Projects and Energy practice group, gaining experience in advising domestic and international clients on financing transactions, primarily in the infrastructure, energy and real estate sectors. In addition, Eva supports the team by participating in large-scale due diligence reviews and legal risk assessments in the context of energy project financing and M&As.

She has experience in Commercial Law, as well as in Compliance and Risk Assessment based on her prior work experience within the legal team of a global B2B information services firm.

I enjoy practicing in my field of expertise because it offers intellectually stimulating challenges and significant opportunities for professional growth and development. Additionally, the complexity of a particular transaction structure necessitates having to contribute to the adoption or influence of significant decision-making processes, which I find particularly challenging and rewarding.
