Evgenia’s main area of expertise focuses on public procurement law and administrative law. She is providing advice in tender documentation drafting and legal advice on any issues arising throughout procurement processes or the execution of ongoing contracts.
She is actively involved in the legal supervision of the participating companies or/and the awarding authorities, which requires providing legal advice on regulatory and compliance issues concerning, inter alia, EU and national legal framework applying to the tendering procedures. She is also dealing with disputes arising in connection with the tendering processes and implementation of public contracts, including the preparation and submission of administrative and judicial objections and appeals.
