Fay’s main areas of practice focus on Administrative, Public Procurement as well as European Law in various sectors as healthcare, telecommunications, and public works.
She advises and represent contracting authorities and private entities on all areas of public procurement law; she assists contacting authorities with the drafting of contract notices, with the drafting and the reviewing of procurement documentation (pre-qualification and award stage) and of public contracts.
For private sector clients, she advises on bidding strategy, she drafts the required tender documentation and supports on any procurement issues may arise during the preparation of the participation and the execution of the public contract.
She also represents clients on disputes arising from public procurement procedures before the and the Greek Courts.
Fay also involves in any dispute may arise in the field of administrative law before the national courts.
