Fay’s main areas of practice focus on Administrative Law, Public Procurement as well as European Law in various sectors as healthcare, telecommunications, and public works.

She advises and represents contracting authorities and private entities (economic operators) on all areas of public procurement law; she assists contacting authorities with the drafting of contract notices, with the drafting and the legal evaluation of procurement documentation (pre-qualification and award stage) and of public contracts.

For private sector clients, she advises on bidding strategy, drafts the required tender documentation and is involved in any legal issue may arise during the preparation of the participation and the execution of the public contract.

She also represents clients on disputes arising from public procurement procedures before the national authorities (including Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority) and the Greek Courts.

Fay is also involved in any dispute that may arise in the field of administrative law before the national courts.
