Foteini is a member of our Life Sciences & Healthcare team providing advise on administrative law and regulatory issues arising out from the pharmaceutical sector, which also includes the drafting and reviewing of any applicable contracts in relation to the implementation of the pharmaceutical law legislation, including negotiation committee agreements.

Foteini also demonstrates an extensive litigation experience and represents clients before the courts (civil and administrative) for the resolution of any disputes arising out from the implementation of pharmaceutical legislation (such as clawback, rebates, administrative fines et al) and commercial contracts.
