Iliana is a member of the Real Estate practice group. Her responsibilities span a wide spectrum of Real Estate transactions, encompassing both straightforward asset acquisitions and complex development and financing projects. With her extensive background in real estate matters, Iliana has expertise in handling diverse aspects of these transactions. Her expertise covers property acquisitions and sales, the negotiation of commercial and residential lease agreements, sale and leaseback agreements, construction agreements, establishing in rem securities on real estate properties, and conducting due diligence on real estate portfolios.

Iliana also handles Corporate Law issues. She advises on the establishment of corporate entities and provides day-to-day corporate legal advice. Furthermore, Iliana takes part in various M&A projects, including corporate transformations and due diligence exercises. Furthermore, she has experience in the hospitality industry and actively engages in transactions related to hotels and leisure on a regular basis.
