She advises on all areas of corporate law with a particular focus on domestic and international M&A complex transactions. Her experience encompasses a wide range of services, from advising clients on due diligence to post-closing integration, including the drafting of all transaction documents. She also advises on a broad spectrum of commercial transactions.
Ivi also provides legal advice on issues related to regulatory compliance with capital markets and banking regulatory framework.
