Kassiani focuses on Real Estate, Commercial and Banking law, taking part in transactions involving M&A, real estate or financings, and due diligence exercises.

Her real estate expertise lies on property acquisitions and disposals, commercial and residential lease agreements, contracts and tender processes involving real estate assets in general. She also advises clients on property aspects in the context of financing transactions, including the establishment of in rem securities.  

Kassiani regularly participates in various M&A projects, including due diligence exercises regarding hotel complexes, shopping centers and large businesses. Her commercial law practice focuses on advising on the establishment of corporate entities and corporate and secretarial support.

Finally, having specialized in banking and financial regulation, she advises financial institutions and issuers on regulatory and compliance matters.

We’re proud to announce that our firm served as Greek counsel to Blackstone and HIP in the landmark acquisition of the owning company of Grand Hyatt—one of the largest transactions in the Greek hotel sector in recent years. This achievement is a testament to our team’s dedication and deep expertise in the hotel industry and the broader real estate sector.

The transaction was led by Partner Theologos Mintzas, supported by Associate Marina Fyrigou Koulouri. Partner Dimitris Loukas managed the notification to the Hellenic Competition Commission, supported by Senior Associate Athanasios Taliadouros.
