Katerina’s practice is focused on the implementation and interpretation of the European and national public procurement legislation. She advises economic operators and contracting authorities on all the stages of the procurement proceedings until the execution of public contracts. She also supports clients on disputes resolutions before administrative authorities and courts during the tender procedure, as well as in disputes arising from administrative law before national courts.
