Konstantina is a member of the EU, Competition & Antitrust practice group. She advises on all areas of European and Competition law, including cartels and anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance, merger control, as well as State aid.

Konstantina also advises clients on regulatory matters and enforcement. Her experience covers several industry sectors including the aviation, telecommunications, energy, consumer goods and retail sectors.

Konstantina has also participated in antitrust cases before the HCC and Greek Administrative Courts, and has engaged in State aid projects, such as the adoption of schemes and the granting of individual support measures, upon a DG COMP notification or under block exemption regulations.

Prior to joining POTAMITISVEKRIS, Konstantina completed a traineeship at the Cartels Unit of the Directorate General Competition of the European Commission and worked at the antitrust and competition practice group of an international law firm in Brussels.
