Konstantinos’ practice is focused on corporate and commercial law as well as on public procurement. He advises on a broad range of commercial agreements and negotiations, both domestic and international, with a particular interest and specialization in the field of pharmaceutical products. Konstantinos capitalizes on the experience he gained as an in-house lawyer at a large Greek bank prior to joining the firm, by advising on a number of complex wholesale transactions.
“I greatly enjoy advising on all aspects of public procurement and pharmaceutical law, especially on complicated commercial issues requiring an advanced legal reasoning accompanied with an acute sense of practical reasonableness and a self-regulation oriented approach.”
