Lampros is a member of the Banking, Finance, Capital Markets and M&A groups of the firm. His practice areas include an extensive range of transactional services as well as financial regulation.
Pertaining to Banking & Finance, Lampros advises domestic and international businesses in the context of complex institutional investments, providing assistance in the formation of financing structures, while he also actively participates in complex securitization procedures, including involvement in Hercules Asset Protection Scheme transactions.
In the realm of Financial Regulation & Capital Markets he participates in various authorization and compliance procedures, concerning payment services, licensing processes, and innovative blockchain facilities, representing financial institutions and public corporations before the Bank of Greece and the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission.
His experience also extends to M&A, where he advises corporations in challenging corporate transformations and acquisitions, encompassing a wide spectrum of services, from the planning of the transaction to the completion of the corporate documentation.
