Lucy mainly deals with Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets. She has participated in various M&A and Finance transactions both domestic and cross border.
She has exposure in U.S. Law following her experience in New York Law Firms and the Institute of Corporate Governance and Finance at NYU.

Working with leading professionals will provide me with the opportunity to gain first-hand insight to complex transactions and the skills required to succeed in an international setting.
