Nikoleta is a member of the Real Estate practice group. She has an expertise on all aspects of real estate matters, such as property acquisitions and disposals, commercial and residential lease agreements, sale and lease back schemes, establishment of in rem securities on real estate and due diligence of real estate portfolios.

Nikoleta also advises clients on issues related to concessions and privatizations, construction agreements, as well as on the property aspects in the context of M&A and financing transactions. She also has experience in the hospitality sector and regularly participates in hotel and leisure transactions.

She has participated in numerous domestic and international transactions including the sale and purchase as well as the lease of all types of real estate assets such as hotel complexes and touristic resorts, shopping centers, office buildings and logistic centers.
