Olga is a member of our Life Sciences team and advises on corporate, commercial and regulatory law matters arising out from the market of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, pharmaceutical cannabis, e-cigarette and hospitals.

Olga’s corporate law advise is focused on the establishment and day to day legal support of various types of companies, while in the area of commercial law, advises a number of multinational entities to negotiate and execute a number of commercial law agreements and partnerships.

Olga is also an expert in handling disputes against public law hospitals and enforcing any type of supply agreements in the Life Sciences sector.

POTAMITISVEKRIS acted as local advisor of a Greek leading company in the Telecommunications sector, to a complex corporate transformation and specifically, to the partial demerger of the sector of fiber optics and the creation of a new company, that will be an accelerator of investments in new generation networks and will contribute substantially to the shaping of the new digital page of Greece.
