Palmyra’s focus lies mainly in the areas of commercial, corporate and contract law.

She advises on issues arising during the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts as well as company establishment and structuring.

Palmyra has also been involved in project finance transactions and projects related to the compliance of banks and investment institutions with the European financial services legal framework.

“What particularly intrigues me in advising on all aspects of commercial transactions is the exposure to a variety of legal challenges related to the contractual relationships of the parties involved, and the opportunity to explore solutions both legally sound and commercially efficient. I greatly value the firm’s corporate culture focusing on high-quality, client-oriented work within a positive and cooperative working environment and its strong commitment to be always at the forefront of the legal profession."
