Regina is a member of the Corporate and M&A practice group of PV. She has been involved in various transactions, often with cross-border elements, including acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs, corporate finance transactions, transfers of businesses and assets, joint ventures, and other forms of partnership. As part of her main practice, she regularly advises local and foreign corporations on the structuring of commercial transactions, the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and corporate documentation, the conduct of due diligence reviews as well as the monitoring of regulatory aspects of commercial transactions. She has also been involved in projects related to banking, finance and capital markets and has worked with banks, payment institutions, private equity funds and other regulated entities on the establishment of their activities, the alignment of their transactions and businesses with European and national regulatory requirements and the design of their compliance framework.

Otesat-Maritel S.A., a company specializing in maritime communications and satellite telecommunications for the Greek and international shipping industry, has been acquired by Orbyt Global S.A., another prominent entity in the maritime telecommunications sector. The transaction aligns with OTE’s strategic priorities and is expected to foster new growth opportunities for Otesat-Maritel.
The transaction, which followed over a year of negotiations, was led by Alexandros Metallinos, Partner, with the support of Regina Keramida (Associate).
