Semina is a member of the Employment & Social Security team.

She advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of employment and social security law, including individual and collective employer – employee relationships.

Semina is also representing clients before the courts in employment related disputes.

She has also advised major multinational and national companies indicatively on asylum and immigration issues, on issues related to secondment of employees, on pension issues, on termination of employment agreements, collective redundancies, business transfers and VES.
