Sofia is a member of the Intellectual Property and TMT group.
She focuses her practice on cases regarding trademarks, designs and other IP rights.
Sofia has worked for one (1) year at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), where became familiar with the process leading to the registration of a trademark, examination, oppositions and cancellations within the EUIPO.
She also handles procedures and litigation practices in the National Trademark Office, such as renewal, opposition and cancellation.
In the past, she has been involved in cases related to personal data protection and compliance with the GDPR.
