Spyros is a member of the Corporate and M&A practice group. He advises public and private companies on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganizations and joint ventures.
Spyros provides general corporate advice to domestic and multi-national clients, including on the formation, corporate structure and operation of Greek subsidiaries.
He also advises credit institutions, funds and corporate borrowers on financing and debt restructuring transactions, as well as on the sale and purchase of loan portfolios.
