Theodora is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group.
She deals with a wide array of civil and commercial disputes (including cases with a cross-border element). Notable examples are disputes arising from SPAs, loan agreements and investments in financial instruments, as well as extra-contractual liability in a commercial context.

Theodora has a particular specialization in corporate disputes, having advised and represented shareholders, commercial companies and directors in various cases pertaining to the enforcement of minority shareholders’ rights, challenges of resolutions of corporate organs (BoD and GA) and director liability.

Theodora has also advised and represented domestic and foreign companies in several international and domestic commercial arbitrations (ICC, DIS, SCC, LCIA), as well as in Greek court proceedings for the annulment, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.

Theodora advises and represents high-net-worth individuals in matrimonial and family law disputes.
