Theodoros is a member of the Banking and Finance team, advising domestic and international commercial banks, financial institutions and borrowers across a wide variety of financing transactions including project finance, acquisition and leveraged finance and corporate and property finance. The main industries on which his expertise focuses are the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors, in the context of which he advises on deal structuring, drafting and negotiations of finance documentation and on the taking of security and collateral.
Prior to joining the firm, Theodoros worked at the European Central Bank (Directorate General of Legal Services) and in the Banking and Finance department of a magic circle law firm in Germany, advising borrowers and lenders on domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged / acquisition finance and syndicated lending.
