POTAMITISVEKRIS’ Senior Associate, Catherine Androulaki and Associate, Konstantina Panagopoulou Perez co-authored an article at Nomiko Vima Law Review, titled “Lease agreement of a real estate asset that was cross-seized and auctioned“. The article analyzes in depth the conditions and prerequisites under which the final bidder of an auctioned real estate asset is entitled to terminate a lease agreement concluded between the previous owner and a third party, in case the asset had been previously seized by multiple creditors based on Greek Code of Civil Procedure.
