Theologos Mintzas, partner of our Real Estate, Construction, and Environmental practice, will participate in the RED Meeting Point 2023 on May 3rd and moderate the panel discussion “REPOSITIONING & GREENFIELD INVESTMENT: Transforming the Built Environment”. During the discussion, key issues regarding building occupancy, energy efficiency, environmental benefits, potential tax incentives, reductions in expenses etc. will be analysed.
