CORONAVIRUS | Ministry of Employment new circular and guidelines

Through the following link you can read the circular of the Greek Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, about “urgent and temporary labour market measures for the treatment and against the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19”. Also, you may find the guidelines of the Hellenic Institute for Occupational Health and Safety, along with the Greek Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. For your convenience, the infographic below presents the employers’ primary obligations, according to the Institute and the Ministry.

We support the Startup Competition

POTAMITISVEKRIS supports as Strategic Partner for a sixth consecutive year the Startup Competition organized by MIT Enterprise Forum Greece. Our associate Eirini Zaglanika delivered the workshop “Legal matters for startups”, which focused on the importance of IPRs for startups in the field of technology and provided useful advice in connection with the maintenance and protection of IPRs.
