Speech on “Mechanism for determination of tax residence according to Income Tax Code and OECD Model Tax Convention ”

Aspasia Malliou , Partner and Head of Tax practice, participated as a speaker at the two-day conference about “Current Tax & Social Security Law Issues – Development & Perspectives”.
Aspasia joined the 2nd panel “International- European Tax law” on the 25th of January and delivered a speech on “Mechanism for determination of tax residence according to Income Tax Code and OECD Model Tax Convention ”.

The conference was co-organised by eThemis and the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Last week, POTAMITISVEKRIS Associate Ioanna Alexopoulou attended the 3rd scientific conference “Greek online gambling and sports betting”, organized at Athens Chamber of Commerce under the auspices of University of Peloponnese. Ioanna spoke at the event about the recent changes regarding the regulatory framework of online gambling market in Greece, including the online gambling license authorization procedure and the antimoney laundering applicable provisions.
