The Greek Commercial Lawyers Association together with the Greek Tax Law & Fiscal Studies Association, are organizing an event regarding the recently enacted law for corporate transformations (law 4601/2019). Aspasia Malliou, Head of our Tax Department will participate in the event and will try to shed light on artificial arrangements in corporate transformations, aiming at avoiding taxation. The event is dedicated to the memory of Leonidas Georgopoulos and will be held on June 13, 2019, at Nomiki Bibliothiki (23 Mavromichali str, Athens).
Konstantinos Papadiamantis and Dimitra Dai, Head and Associate respectively of our Civil & Criminal Litigation and Arbitration department, co-authored an article for “Kathimerini” newspaper.
