Papadiamantis and Dimitra Dai successfully represented before the First Instance Court of Thiva, three executive officers of a global supermarket chain which operates over 200 stores in Greece, accused of defamation and coercion following a criminal complaint filed by a former employee who has been an active member of a trade union. All involved defendants were acquitted.

Sale of Depa Infrastructure SA by HRADF and Hellenic Petroleum SA to Italgas
We are delighted to announce that the sale of Depa Infrastructure SA by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) and Hellenic Petroleum SA to Italgas, one of the leading gas distributors in Italy and the third largest market player in Europe, has been successfully completed. This is a landmark transaction for the Greek energy sector and our economy in general, in a very crucial and sensitive period for the entire European energy market.
